Return / Exchanges

Nest Studio will gladly accept returns of items that are in new, unused condition, and exchange them for different hardware or issue a refund. Return requests must be received within 7 days (national) or 10 days (international) of receipt of merchandise. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Nest Studio will waive outgoing shipping and restocking fees for one-time order exchanges.

Within the 7 days (national) and 10 days (international) of receiving the items, please e-mail sales@neststudiocollection.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please complete a return authorization form and be sure to add the approved RMA# on the form.

PLEASE NOTE:
• All returned hardware must be wrapped and packaged in the same condition as it was shipped from Nest Studio. Refunds may be denied if items are mishandled on job sites or improperly installed.
• Completed Return Authorization Form with RMA# should be included in the package.
• Return shipping should be done by a track and trace methods (Fed Ex, UPS) with insurance.
Nest Studio is not responsible if items are damaged in transit or the package is lost by the carrier.
• International customers should contact Nest Studio regarding customs clearance and shipping policies prior to shipping.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of when items are received by the Nest Studio warehouse.
• Return Authorizations expire after 14 days of issue so please be sure to ship the return in a timely fashion.
