Terms of Services

Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Nest Studio website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, because of difference in computer displays etc, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions and coloration or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Most in-stock items will be processed within two days and shipped via standard speed within five. This excludes backordered or custom production. Expedited shipping options are available, if needed. Please contact us in advance of placing an order if you need expedited shipping.

Refund Policy

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL. WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT ARE UNUSED OR FAULTY, AND EXCHANGE THEM FOR NEW ITEMS OR ISSUE A REFUND.

RETURNS REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS (DOMESTIC) AND 10 DAYS (INTERNATIONAL) UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.

How to return or exchange your purchase...

1) Before returning an item please email us at sales@neststudiocollection.com explaining what you are returning and why. We will forward you a return form to complete and, if approved, we will provide you with a RMA# to include on the form.

2) Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving the authorization.

3) Pay to ship your package via Track and Trace methods only, with the following included:

a) clean item(s) in perfect condition with all original packaging inside the box

b) completed return form with RMA#

Please note:
- Nest Studio is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping, unless the product is faulty or defective. However, if you are exchanging an item, the new item will be shipped back to you for free.

- Free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange, any future exchanges on the same original purchase are solely the customers responsibility.

- All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping. Any international order that has been sent to customers under a free shipping offer will be refunded (or exchanged/credited) but will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

- Until an item is received at Nest Studio, it is your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please use a track and trace method and for larger orders, please insure the package. 

WARRANTY
If product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will make every attempt to replace it.  If in the case we are out of stock on the faulty item, we will offer a store credit or a refund.

We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear or due to improper installation.


PRE-ORDERS

Due to ongoing global supply chain issues, we may not receive complete shipments of goods from our manufacturers. If this happens, you have the option to have your purchase cost refunded. 

Our production timelines are estimated to the best of our abilities but are subject to change. Please contact us to discuss any questions about potential delivery timelines.

Privacy Policy

We only use your personal information in the strictest confidence and will not sell or share it. We will keep your info private and we do not store record credit card information.

Signing up for the Nest Studio mailing list is optional, however it is recommended, to keep you up to date on all the latest product information. We also keep this information private and secure.
