Shipping / Backorders

In stock items generally ship within 3-5 business days from our South Orange, NJ Warehouse. All orders ship Fed Ex Ground or Express Saver unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please e-mail shipping@neststudiocollection.com for shipping quotes and delivery questions.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you place your order. You will also be notified by e-mail when your order ships including the tracking number. As a reminder, customers are responsible for tracking the arrival of their order. Depending on delivery address and order size, shipments may have signature required by the carrier.


BACK-ORDERS
Stock levels are posted to the Nest Studio website and updated in real-time. Occasionally, there may be a warehouse miscount that results in an unexpected back-order. In this event, Nest Studio will contact you as soon as possible to determine next steps and lead time.

Back-ordered items are temporarily out of stock but are available for purchase on our web site. Lead times vary greatly so please e-mail sales@neststudiocollection.com for an estimated ship date if you choose to place a back-order. 

In stock items ordered with back-orders will be held and all items will ship together. Please contact Nest Studio if you wish to partial ship. Additional shipping charges may occur.


Important note about back-orders
All our hardware is hand-finished. As a result, there can be slight finishing differences across production lots. Nest Studio prides itself on impeccable quality control and makes sure orders from similar lots ship together. Partial shipping of back-orders prevents this extra level of quality control.
