We are so thrilled to announce the launch of our long-awaited Glaze Series in collaboration with ceramic artist Jonathan Castro.  This limited run series is hand thrown, fired and glazed by Castro and showcasing his ceramic ribbing technique.  Each artisanal piece is then juxtaposed with a solid brass mounting backplate.  Jonathan’s expertise as a ceramic artist makes the striking work in this series perfect for large doors, furniture and cabinetry.

Each piece is made of porcelain clay and is hand turned, one at a time, in Jonathan's New York City studio.  Castro makes all glazes from scratch with  original formulas. All of our products in this series are lead-free and cadmium-free.  I love the combination of the porcelain and brass, and the contrast of soft and hard.
